This Privacy Policy explains how the Color Plink mobile game ("Color Plink," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you play. By playing Color Plink, you agree to the practices described here.
Who this game is for
Color Plink is a general-audience game intended for players aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account or provide your name or email to play. We (and our service providers) may automatically collect:
- Device & usage data — device model, operating system, language, region, app version, and in-game events (levels played, progress, crashes) used to run and improve the game.
- Advertising identifiers — a resettable device advertising ID (e.g., Apple IDFA, Google Advertising ID), where permitted, used to show and measure ads.
- Approximate, non-precise location inferred from IP address (for example, country) for ad delivery and analytics. We do not collect precise GPS location.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the game and its features.
- To measure performance, diagnose crashes, and understand how the game is played.
- To display advertising and measure its effectiveness.
Advertising and analytics partners
We use third-party services for analytics and advertising. These partners may collect and process device and usage data and advertising identifiers under their own privacy policies. The specific providers will be listed here before launch (for example, an analytics SDK and one or more ad networks/mediation partners). We will link each partner's privacy policy here.
Your choices and rights
- Ad tracking: You can limit ad tracking in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads), or reset your advertising ID.
- Consent (EEA/UK): Where required, we request consent for personalized ads and analytics through an in-app consent prompt, which you can change at any time.
- US state privacy rights (e.g., California): You may have rights to access or delete personal information and to opt out of certain sharing for targeted advertising. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Data retention
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Analytics and advertising partners retain data according to their own policies.
